Katherine Gervais is a lawyer, entrepreneur and founder of Gervais Maison d'Affaires inc. (Maison Gervais).

She has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since March 2023 and has been an entrepreneur for over five years.

Driven by a clear vision of the role of law in business, Katherine views legal practice as a tool for structuring, decision-making and value creation.

She supports entrepreneurs, executives and investors in the strategic moments of their business journey: corporate structuring, transactions, expansion, commercial real estate and strategic legal mandates.
